They are very well connected to the villages throughout the Atlas Mountains - which makes for an experience so much more than just a bike tour. Each day unfolded something unforgettable on and off the bike. The support guides are extremely hard working, but also clearly love every minute of what they do - which means you’ll be having fun too.
Logistically - the bikes are very nice with entire drivetrains maintained and cleaned by the team each night. We chose to bring our own seats and pedals that the team happily installed the day before we departed. While the routes we chose were challenging, we were comforted by the support car. This allowed for flexibility in breaks and ride duration.
Apart from having nothing but good things to say about Mustapha and his team, the landscapes that you experience are incredible. The Atlas Mountains are extremely diverse. You’ll see desert, plateaus, water falls, and rugged mountains in what feels like the best kept secret biking destination in the world. In short, we simply had an amazing time on this tour, and couldn’t recommend it enough.

The highlight of visit to Morocco - Visiting Morocco with my family, I really wanted to squeeze in a nice ride trough the High Atlas Mountains. I contacted multiple agencies and the guys with my preferences (a... read more long 80-100km gravel/easy-mtb ride with some nice elevation and scenery).
Gravelmorocco communicated prompt and clearly via Whatsapp throughout the week, and did everything to accommodate my requests. I had one specific day and knew I would be a solo rider so it wasn't exactly cheap (€190), but in turn they provided me with an excellent bike, discussing the route in advance, quality helmet etc. all in perfect English.
When the day arrived, everything went from good to better. My guide was Mustapha, a joyful, knowledgeable and extremely fit rider and again fluent in English (and French and Arabic). During the ride experienced everything from 16C to 37C, rocks, heavy rain and multiple steep 15% uphill gravel sections at 2.000m+ altitude. Alongside a hard ride, Mustapha could tell me about the valleys he grew up in and villages located there, and proved to be great company to spend the day with.
Everything was arranged well (route, bike, snacks, lunch, water) and turned out to be the highlight of my holiday in Morocco. I'm considering to visit again just for biking and doing a week long off-road trip with a small group.
