Your adventure begins in the morning with a drive from Marrakech to the Ourika Valley. From there, you’ll start cycling southeast, heading towards the region’s most important village, famous for its lively Berber market every Monday.
The ride kicks off from Timalizine, following a scenic dirt road along the river, passing through several traditional Berber villages. As you progress, the road becomes steeper, offering dramatic views of the High Atlas Mountains and the Ourika Valley.
The route leads you to the remote mountain village of Tagadirt. Here, you’ll take a well-earned break to enjoy a freshly prepared lunch by your personal tour chef. Depending on the weather, lunch will be served either outdoors in nature or in a welcoming Berber home.
After lunch, you’ll continue on a rolling single track with breathtaking views. Along the way, you’ll visit a local salt mine and explore its picturesque surroundings before heading back to Marrakech.
